The villa built in the first few years of the 1900ís in the elegant style of the well off country summer
residence and set in the greenery of the hilly Piceno hinterland.
Villa Adriano belonged to Adriano Luzi, an art restorer some fame and lecturer on Egyptology who prematurely passed away in 2003. Over the years, with the help of skilled workmen, the Villa and its park were carefully restructured preserving their original beauty and character.
Today the ownership is with his brother Damiano who takes pride in maintaining the villa in the style which so inspired his brother.
Villa Adriano is situated in Casale, a frazione of Comunanza in the province of Ascoli Piceno at 700 m. a.s.l.. The property is built on 14 hectares of woodland in an area overlooking the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains set in the Central Apennines.

Outside in the shaded patio there is a traditional wood oven which may be used for further gastronomic pleasures - roast joints of meat, large or small, pizzas and home made bread. Most Italians wouldn't pay for these things cooked any other way.
